ថ្ងៃនេះ ទី៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ គឺជាខួបលើកទី១៤នៃការដាក់បញ្ចូលប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារក្នុងបញ្ជីបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោករបស់អង្គការយូណេស្កូ។
ក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំជាជនជាតិខ្មែរ ខ្ញុំពិតជាមានមោទកភាព និងដឹងគុណយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះចក្ខុវិស័យដឹកនាំរបស់សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ចំពោះការអភិរក្សបេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់ប្រទេស រួមមានប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ និងចំពោះក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងអង្គការយូណេស្កូ ដែលកំពុងខិតខំថែរក្សាការពារគុណតម្លៃ និងយថាភាព ជាបូជនីយដ្ឋានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដ៏លេចធ្លោមួយនៅកម្ពុជា។
ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារត្រូវបានសាងសង់នៅលើប្លង់អ័ក្សប្រវែង៨០០ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ដោយប្រព័ន្ធកម្រាលថ្ម និងជណ្ដើរ។ ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារគឺជាស្នាដៃឯកដ៏អស្ចារ្យនៃសិល្បៈខ្មែរ លើផ្នែករៀបចំ ភាពលម្អិតនៃការរចនាស្ថាបត្យកម្មរបស់ប្រាសាទ និងឱ្យយើងមើលឃើញទេសភាពបរិស្ថានដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាត។
នេះជាការចាំបាច់ណាស់ដែលយើងជាកូនខ្មែរ ត្រូវឲ្យតម្លៃ គោរព អប់រំ និងអភិរក្សមរតករបស់យើង។ កិច្ចការដែលត្រូវធ្វើរួមគ្នាគឺការអប់រំ ការអភិរក្ស និងការលើកកម្ពស់វប្បធម៌ និងបេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់យើង ដើម្បីលើកតម្កើងបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក និងចូលរួមចែករំលែកតម្លៃនៃសន្តិភាព ការគោរព និងការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងមនុស្ស និងវប្បធម៌។

Congratulations to the 14th Anniversary of Preah Vihear Temple UNESCO’s World Heritage.
Today, 07 July 2022, Preah Vihear Temple has marked the 14th anniversary after its inscription on UNESCO’s World Heritage List.
As a Cambodian, I am proud and very grateful for the visions of our Prime Minister’s leadership for the preservation of country’s heritage sites including Preah Vihear temple, as well as Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and UNESCO who have been making safeguarding efforts to preserve the value and authenticity as an outstanding historical monument in Cambodia.
Built on an 800 metres long axis linked by a system of pavements and staircases along the cliff, Preah Vihear Temple is an outstanding masterpiece of the Khmer Art, in terms of planning, detail of its decoration and relationship to the spectacular landscape environment.
It is essential that we, Cambodian, value, respect educate and preserve our heritage. This inseparable role of education, preservation and promoting our cultures and heritages will be protecting and promoting the world heritage, to share values of peace, respect and mutual understanding between people and cultures.
