ពិធីដាក់ដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការនូវ កម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពី “ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីកម្ពុជា” នឹងត្រូវប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅ ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ នៅវេលាម៉ោង៩:០០ព្រឹក ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ អគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ស្ថានទូត សមាគម អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ គ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សា វិស័យឯកជន ស្ថាប័នបណ្ដុះ និងពន្លឿនអាជីវកម្ម បណ្ដាញវិនិយោគិន និងធុរកិច្ចថ្មីផងដែរ។
ការអភិវឌ្ឍធុរកិច្ចឌីជីថលគឺជាសរសរស្តម្ភមួយក្នុងការកសាងក្របខណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា ២០២១-២០៣៥ ដោយផ្តោតលើការគាំទ្រប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាព និងធុរកិច្ចថ្មី តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងសហគ្រិនភាពនិងការជំរុញធុរកិច្ចថ្មី ទាំងផ្នែកសមត្ថភាពនិងធនធានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ តាមទិសដៅនេះ, រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល តាមរយៈក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនិងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធដាក់ចេញនូវ ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពី “ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីកម្ពុជា” ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលពីសំណាក់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះធុរកិច្ចថ្មី “តេជោ” និងសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ។
ការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះមានគោលបំណងធំៗចំនួន៤រួមមាន៖ (១) ភ្ជាប់តួអង្គទាំងអស់ក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីធុរកិច្ចថ្មីនិងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងគ្នានិងគ្នាតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីបែបសហគមន៍និងថ្នាលឌីជីថល (២) សហការពង្រឹងសហគ្រិនភាព និងបណ្តុះធុរកិច្ចថ្មីដោយបំពេញមុខងារគាំទ្រឱ្យគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមករវាងតួអង្គក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីតាមយន្តការសហបង្កើតថ្មី (៣) ផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានបែបវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុង ជ្រោយទាក់ទងនឹងសហគ្រិនភាព ធុរកិច្ចថ្មីនិងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីធុរកិច្ចថ្មីទាំងមូលតាមថ្នាលឌីជីថល និង (៤) ជាវេទិកាជាតិមួយក្នុងការថ្ពក់ទៅនឹងកម្មវិធីស្រដៀងគ្នារបស់បណ្តាប្រទេសនានា។

The Official Launch of “Startup Cambodia” National Program
The official launch of “Startup Cambodia” National Program will be officially held on December 8, 2021 at 9:00AM, and presided over by H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, along with the participations of representatives from ministries/institutions, embassies, associations, civil society organizations, development partners, educational institutions and private institutions including Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) and investors.
The digital business development is a pillar in building the digital economy and social policy framework of Cambodia 2021-2035, which focusing on supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startups by strengthening entrepreneurship and promoting startups in terms of capacity and financial resources. Aligned with this direction, the Royal Government, through the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and relevant ministries/institutions, launched the “Startup Cambodia” National Program, with the coordination of Techo Startup Center and Khmer Enterprise.
The implementation of this national program has four main objectives such as (1) connecting stakeholders and enhance collaboration among them through community-based events and digital platform (2) collaborating to grow startups by supporting each other through clear support mechanisms (3) providing comprehensive scientific information related to startup, entrepreneurship and the whole startup ecosystem through digital platform (4) being a national forum to get connected with similar programs of different countries.
