To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Mekong-ROK cooperation and “2021-2022 Mekong-ROK Exchange Year”, Korean Embassy will use 30 tuktuks in Phnom Penh promoting the video on Mekong-ROK cooperation from 17 December 2021 to 17 January 2022.

Samnang, a tuktuk driver, said it was the first time showing public advertising through his tuktuk, saying that he hopes tuktuk video commercials will become more common in the future. He said that as the foot of the Phnom Penh citizens, he will try his best to promote Mekong-ROK cooperation by traveling all around the city.
