[Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, December 7, 2023] Huawei, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, the double win from HR Asia Award 2023. Among the 84 companies nominated for the competition and total of 11,921 people participated in the evaluation survey, Huawei Cambodia has been awarded by HR Asia Award as the Best Companies To Work For in Asia and the only company that received the Most Caring Company Award. The recognition from HR Asia proves Huawei Cambodia’s excellence in accelerating the workplace experience for employees.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 award winners have shown an unwavering dedication to employee satisfaction, welfare, and development. As for the Most Caring Company Awards recognize organizations that have demonstrated exceptional care for their employees, particularly during difficult times. Huawei Cambodia is the only company that received the Most Caring Company Awards this year.

Presided over the award ceremony and witnessed the achievement, H.E. Mon Kriya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, remarked, “The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training is dedicated to local talent development, including technical and high-tech talent. Huawei Cambodia has made a lot of contributions to local ICT talent development and created a lot of working opportunities. Today we have a few Cambodian companies receiving this award. It is a recognition of the employees and the Cambodian society. The Ministry of Labour will continue to work with all these excellent enterprises, like Huawei, to cultivate more human resources, which are an important asset for the development of Cambodia.
