កម្មវិធី JCI Cambodia Leadership Academy លើកទី១០ បញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យ ក្នុងការបណ្តុះ អ្នកដឹកនាំជំនាន់ក្រោយ
សៀមរាប៖ ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ — កម្មវិធី JCI Cambodia Leadership Academy លើកទី១០ បានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យបន្ទាប់ពីកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ៤ថ្ងៃ ៣យប់ (ពីថ្ងៃទី២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៥ តុលា) នៅ Rose Apple Square ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
កម្មវិធីនេះមានមូលបទថា “Let’s Grow Together” និងស្លោកថា Grow Yourself. Grow Others. Grow JCI. មានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួនជាង ៨០នាក់ ពីសាខាទាំង ៧ នៃ JCI Cambodia និងភ្ញៀវអន្តរជាតិ បានមកសិក្សា អនុវត្ត និងទទួលបទពិសោធន៍ភាពដឹកនាំជាក់ស្តែង។
កម្មវិធីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងដោយមានការឧបត្ថម្ភស្នូលពី Urban Living Solutions (ULS) ជា អ្នកឧបត្ថម្ភធំ និងដោយ Rose Apple Square ជា ដៃគូទីតាំង ។ ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ ULS ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំយុវជន រួមជាមួយបរិយាកាសសហការរបស់ Rose Apple Square បានបង្កើតភាពជោគជ័យ និងក្តីស្រឡាញ់ក្នុងការរៀន និងធ្វើការជាក្រុម។
អ្វីដែលពិសេសក្នុងកម្មវិធី
● វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជាក់ស្តែងអំពី ភាពដឹកនាំដោយខ្លួនឯង បញ្ញាផ្លូវអារម្មណ៍ ការនិយាយជាសាធារណៈ ភាពដឹកនាំបែបរួមបញ្ចូល ការគ្រប់គ្រងជម្លោះ ការអភិវឌ្ឍសមាជិក និងស្ថិរភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។
● កិច្ចពិភាក្សា “JCI Legends: Legacy in Leadership” ដែលមានអតីតប្រធានថ្នាក់ជាតិ ៤ រូបជាវាគ្មិន ចូលរួមចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងមេរៀនដឹកនាំដ៏មានតម្លៃ។
● សកម្មភាព Project Simulation និង Team Pitching ដែលជាការអនុវត្តពិតបង្កើតគម្រោង អាចអនុវត្តបានសម្រាប់អង្គការ ហើយមានពានរង្វាន់ប្រគល់នៅពេលបិទកម្មវិធី។
● Mentorship និង Micro-Coaching ដែលបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងសាខា និងជំរុញការរៀនពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។
● សកម្មភាព Creative Photo, Video Challenge និងសកម្មភាពខាងក្រៅ ដែលលើកតម្កើង ភាពសហការរបស់ក្រុម និងការរីកចម្រើនផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។

10th JCI Cambodia Leadership Academy Empowers Next Generation of Leaders
Siem Reap, Cambodia — October 5, 2025 — The 10th JCI Cambodia Leadership Academy concluded after four transformative days (October 2–5) at Rose Apple Square, Siem Reap.
Held under the theme “Let’s Grow Together” and the slogan Grow Yourself. Grow Others. Grow JCI., the Academy brought together more than 80 participants, including emerging leaders from 7 local chapters across Cambodia and international delegates, for immersive training, mentorship, and hands-on leadership experiences.
This milestone edition was made possible through the generous support of Urban Living Solutions (ULS) as Main Sponsor, and Rose Apple Square as the official Venue Partner. ULS’s commitment to empowering youth leadership, combined with Rose Apple Square’s inspiring facilities, created the perfect environment for learning, collaboration, and community-building.
Event Highlights
● Intensive workshops on self-leadership, emotional intelligence, public speaking, inclusive leadership, conflict management, chapter growth, and financial sustainability.
● “JCI Legends: Legacy in Leadership” — a signature panel featuring four Past National Presidents and JCI Senators who shared their experiences and leadership insights.
● Project design sprints and team simulations that produced fundable, chapter-ready project pitches, recognized during the closing graduation ceremony.
● Mentorship circles, micro-coaching clinics, and networking sessions that strengthened bonds among chapters and fostered peer learning.
● Creative Photo & Video Challenge and outdoor activities that celebrated teamwork, creativity, and storytelling.
