I.About Company:

Koh Thmey Technology Co., Ltd. based in Cambodia, has been continuously exploring the development and operation of Internet products that meet the needs of local users. Our main product is TNAOT, which is an information and life service mobile App specially developed for Chinese people who are living in Cambodia and Cambodian users to acquire instant information and useful contents. IV. Recruitment position & Requirements:
1. General Manager (Harbor Property)
Salary Range: Negotiable
Job Requirement:

  • More than 5 years working experience, more than 2 years management experience, successful management experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with real estate business processes or Internet work processes (at least one of these 2 requirements).
  • High level of independence, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as flexibility/adaptability.
  • Interest in continuous improvement in processes and performance along with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Can speak Chinese is a Plus.

2. Digital Marketing Manager
Salary Range:$2000 up
Job Requirement:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media & Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least more than 2 years of experience in the Media and Marketing industry, and proficient in planning project operation management, customer communication, and relationship maintenance.
  • Strong ability creative content planning, writing and process management, and implement the whole project independently (who more involved in media resources are preferred).
  • With a strong outgoing, positive, and motivated personality to overcome stress, good communication, adaptability, teamwork, organization, and coordination skills.
  • The candidate who has more experience in working as media & advertising management at SMART, Cellcard, or other similar companies is required.


3. Digital Marketing Officer (Video Specialist)
Salary Range: $400 – $700
Job Requirement:

  • Strong content planning ability, be able to follow the mainstream culture and able to complete the content independently.
  • Strong learning ability, flexible thinking and interested in the Internet app.
  • Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and Cambodian is preferred.
  • Experience in short video filming and editing is preferred.


4. Digital Marketing Intern
Salary Range: $100 – $150
Job Requirement:

  • Have a strong desire to learn.
  • Willing to accept the tasks assignment.
  • Chinese is preferred.

5. Chinese News Reporter
Salary Range: $400 – $700
Job Requirement:

  • Strong writing skills, and ability to convey information in a clear, concise and conversational manner.
  • Excellent live reporting skills and strong on-camera presentation skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to interact professionally and build relationships and sources.
  • Ability to shoot and edit digital video.
  • Strong research skills preferable.
  • Excellent understanding of Associated press style.

6. Senior Content / Content Creator
Salary Range: $700 – $1500
Job Requirement:

  • Experience creating strong, engaging content.
  • Priority for bachelor’s degree in Marketing / media and communication or a similar field.
  • An understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Priority for person who able to create content by 2 languages or more. For example: Eng/CH; CH/KH; Eng/KH
  • Have a strong knowledge on content and marketing experience for more than 3 years.

** For the senior content creator / supervisor is require able to oversee content strategy for different market (CH/KH/EN) manage and develop a team of content writers and implement standards for many others who play a part in content writing.

7. Branch Manager (Property)
Salary: $1200 up + Commission
Job Requirement:

  • More than 5 years working experience, more than 2 years management experience, successful management experience is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
