With a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry, Sergio Arias brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to his new role.
A Brazilian/Spanish national, Sergio embarked on his hospitality journey in 2002 in London, where he began in Food and Beverage before swiftly advancing through various departments. A graduate of the prestigious Swiss Hotel School, ICHM, located in Adelaide, South Australia, Sergio’s education and experience have taken him across the globe, from the bustling streets of the United Kingdom to the serene landscapes of Australia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Maldives, and Myanmar.
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap Resort, Sergio served as the Resort Manager at Sheraton Maldives, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership during challenging times, navigating through the complexities of the pandemic and changes in ownership.
