កាលពីប៉ុន្មានសប្តាហ៍មុននេះ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ខ្ញុំបានចូលរួមពិធីប្រកាសជាផ្លូវការនូវ “ការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលធុរកិច្ច និងវិនិយោគអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២ និងពានរង្វាន់ធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២” ដែលរៀបចំដោយសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា។ពិធីប្រកាសជាផ្លូវការនេះបានទទួលការគាំទ្រដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីសម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃកម្ពុជា និងបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោក ប៉ាន សូរស័ក្តិ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាន ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ាន និងប្រទេសដៃគូអាស៊ាន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ាន សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មរាជធានី-ខេត្ត សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ សមាគមពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ សរុបចំនួនជាង១៥០នាក់។
ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២ ខ្ញុំនឹងចាប់យកឱកាសនៃការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល និងបដិវត្តន៍ឧស្សាហកម្មជំនាន់ទី៤ ដើម្បីបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង និងភាពធន់រឹងមាំរបស់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម និងពង្រីកសក្តានុពលនៃទីផ្សារខាងក្នុងអាស៊ាន និងសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់ឲ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ តាមរយៈការទាញយកអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីនានាដែលអាស៊ានមានស្រាប់ ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចទូលំទូលាយក្នុងតំបន់ (RCEP) បន្ថែមទៀត។
ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២ កម្ពុជានឹងជំរុញ និងពន្លឿនការស្តារឡើងវិញនូវគ្រប់វិស័យ ដើម្បីកសាងសហគមន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ានប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព បរិយាប័ន្ន និងភាពធន់រឹងមាំ ស្របតាមមូលបទ “អាស៊ានរួមគ្នាធ្វើ-ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមទាំងអស់គ្នា” ដែលនឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ធុរកិច្ចក្នុងអាស៊ាន ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការលើកតម្កើងសហគ្រិនភាពឌីជីថល ភាពជាសហគ្រិនស្ត្រីក្នុងអាស៊ាន និងវិស័យសហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូតូចនិងមធ្យម។
ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២ ប្តេជ្ញាធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងអាស៊ាន ដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលអាទិភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបញ្ចប់ភាពជាប្រធានអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២ របស់កម្ពុជាប្រកបដោយភាពជោគជ័យ ដែលនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងដំណើរការសមាហរណកម្មក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក៕
Last few weeks, on June 29, 2022, I have attended an exclusive ceremony held by Cambodia Chamber of Commerce to announce “the Official Launching of ASEAN Business Investment Summit 2022 and ASEAN Business Award 2022”.
This official launching is highly endorsed by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and presided by H.E. Pan Sorasak, Minister of Commerce and ASEAN Economic Minister, along with the participation of the Ambassadors of Member States, Board Members of the Chamber of Commerce of the Provincial Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Association and Development Partners and relevant ministries and institutions, a total of more than 150 honor guests.
As the Chairman of ASEAN Business Advisory Council 2022, I will seize the opportunities of digital transformation and the fourth industrial revolution to increase the competitiveness and resilience of SME, as well as expand the potential of the market in ASEAN and greater regional economic integration by optimizing the benefits of existing ASEAN free trade agreements as well as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP).
Cambodia, as the chair of ASEAN 2022, will promote and accelerate the rehabilitation of all sectors to build an ASEAN Economic Community with sustainability, environment and resilience in accordance with the theme “ASEAN A.C.T”, that will make a significant contribution to the promotion of business in ASEAN, with a focus on promoting digital entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and women in ASEAN, as well as Small and medium micro enterprises.
ASEAN BAC 2022 will be committed to work closely with the Ministry of Commerce, all stakeholders in Cambodia and ASEAN in order to achieve economic priorities and Cambodia’s successful ASEAN Chairmanship 2022 which significantly contribute to strengthening the regional and global integration process.#kithmeng#royalgroup
